Three buttons. Simple control.
Use the physical controls on the voice box to get started.
VOICE BOXPress and hold for 1.5 seconds
Turns on the device. Once connected to the network, a voice prompt indicates that conversation is available.
One press for volume. Two for language.
Press once to adjust the volume. Double-press to cycle through the available languages.
Press once to start manually
Press and hold to stop manual suction and return to automatic mode.
Repeated insertion activates the function automatically. Use the suction button when you prefer manual activation.
App & network setup
International users can download the JOY app. Users in China can use the WeChat mini program to register and connect their device.
On your phone? Save the code image, then select it in your scanner's photo album where supported.
Open the app
On the home page, select Connect Toy to search for your device.
Pair your device
Power on the device and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Select the detected device, then tap Connect.
Configure the network
Wait on the app page after pairing. If Network Exception appears, tap Configure Network.
Follow the power-button prompt
If prompted, double-press the device's power button and select Next. Skip this step if no prompt appears.
Enter your network details
Enter your network name and password exactly, including symbols and upper- or lowercase letters. Tap Connect to Network.
Wait for the steady light
The indicator stays on when the connection succeeds. Select Start Using.
Voice commands

Activate heating
With the device charging, press the suction button once to turn on the heating function. The suction button light flashes.
Five touch-sensing points
The product includes one wired touch point in the vaginal area, two wireless points at the breasts, and two wireless points at the inner thighs. Touch response is available in the device's intimate mode.
Characters & voices
Choose a character
- Scan the WeChat code above and sign in to the mini program.
- Select the voice-box icon at the top right and connect your device. Keep your phone's Bluetooth enabled.
- Choose a character and tap Use.
Create a custom character or voice
In the app, select the + button at the bottom of the screen, then choose the character or voice customization option.
If the mini program has restrictions
Use the JOY app instead. Scan the app download code in the setup section above.
Set your device to English
Select English
Power on the device, then double-press the volume button to cycle through languages until English is selected.
Match the app language
Go to My → Settings → Select Language → English → Save.
Keep the device and app set to the same language so that the corresponding character scripts appear.
JOY energy & optional purchases
The app offers free characters. Conversation uses JOY energy; some characters require a paid unlock. JOY coins are purchased separately and can be exchanged for energy.
Open My → JOY Energy → Sign-in in the app or mini program to check for available energy rewards. The manual also describes sharing rewards; check the app for current offers and amounts.
