Once your custom order is received, we will immediately confirm it and begin production with our factory. After production is complete, we will send you real photos of your doll for confirmation. Following strict quality control checks, your doll will be shipped with full tracking support.
We use trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Estimated delivery time: 15–40 days from the date of your order.
