For every $1 spent at TINGLISE, you will earn at least 1 point. Higher VIP tiers earn points faster:

• Tease: 1 point per $1

• Desire: 1.25 points per $1

• Passion: 1.5 points per $1

• Ecstasy: 2 points per $1

You may also earn bonus points through selected promotions, birthday rewards and VIP tier upgrades.

Points will be automatically added to your account after your order has been successfully completed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the points to appear.

Every 100 points gives you $2 off. There is no minimum redemption requirement, and points can cover up to 10% of the order value.

Points have no cash value and cannot be used toward shipping fees or taxes.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Remember to use your points before they expire.

Your VIP tier is automatically determined by your qualifying spend over the past 12 months:

• Tease: $0–$999

• Desire: $1,000–$2,499

• Passion: $2,500–$4,999

• Ecstasy: $5,000 or more

Once you reach the required spending amount, your membership will be automatically upgraded and the corresponding tier-up bonus points will be added to your account.

No. Redeeming points will not reduce your accumulated qualifying spend or affect your current VIP tier.

Promotional, birthday and tier-up bonus points can be redeemed for discounts, but they do not count toward VIP tier qualification.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.

If those points have already been redeemed, your points balance may be adjusted accordingly.
