15-Day Return Policy:
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. All returns require prior approval from Tinglise Customer Support.
Order Cancellations:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot normally be returned unless a manufacturing defect has been verified.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for the approved return shipping costs.
