Free Shipping & Import Fees Covered:
Tinglise provides free shipping with no import duties or taxes for customers in the United States, Japan, the European Union, Australia, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Thailand, and other supported Asian countries.
Delivery Times:
- Custom doll orders shipped from the Tinglise factory offer two delivery options: air shipping, estimated at 7–10 days, or sea shipping, estimated at approximately 25 days.
- In-stock products shipped from our US or EU warehouses are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Discreet & Trackable Delivery:
Every order is securely packed in a plain, unbranded carton with no sensitive product information on the outside. Tinglise works with FedEx and UPS, and tracking details will be emailed after shipment.
FedEx / UPS Store Pickup:
You may have your order delivered to a FedEx or UPS location. Simply enter the store’s full address at checkout or contact us before your package is shipped.
Important Notice for Mexico:
Mexican customs requires an import sanitary permit for adult doll products. Shipments without a valid permit may be rejected. Please confirm your import eligibility before placing an order.
